If the dreamer inside of us could talk, what would he or she say? I believe for many of us the dreamer would say, "remember when you were young? we use to have so much fun together. Now that you are older you've have settled...settled for less. Have you given up on me? I haven't given up on you!


Here are a few tools I've learned to help me dream again. 


1) Permission: Give yourself permission to dream. Remove all limits - If I could do anything what would I do? Why? How would that make me feel? How would that better not just my life, but others as well? 

2) Write it down - Keep a "dream journal" Harvard has found that you are 80-90% more likely to complete your dreams if you just write them down. 

3) Take Action - Set dates, deadlines, goals for the next 5 years. Then ask yourself: "What do I need to do yearly, monthly, daily in order to get there?
