Do you want to feel better about yourself or about life?
Sounds like a rhetorical question? But is it really? If so, what are you doing about it?
You can’t always control the way that you feel, but you can always control how you behave. You can wait until you feel good to move or you can move and then feel good. Motion creates emotion. Success leaves clues. One of those clues I found is:
THE POWER OF "I AM"
Check your "I am" statements. You're not what you feel, you're what you decided. What you're feeling is real. Just don't let your issue become your idenity. Example: Saying, "I am tired, I am too busy, I am..fill in the blank. Words are powerful. You may find yourself making statments about your feelings that are labeling and limiting you or others around you.
Take control of your emotions. Use it to your advantage. Yes you can make yourself sad, depressed and stressed. You can also put yourself in a state of passion, excitement and happiness.
You become what you believe.
You become what you think about most of the time.
Learn to do what you were designed to do wether you feel like it or not - That’s Discipline - It's taking control of your life and doing something with your life instead of it doing something with you!
