Don't Ask, Tell

What are the first thoughts that come into your head when you wake up in the morning? Do you wake up excited, on purpose for a purpose, ready to take on the day? Or are you like the majority of people that have a hard time getting up with passion and lack drive?

Here are a few tips that have helped me and many others wake up with motivation and have helped them master their day!

1) Perception: "The state of being or process of becoming aware of something through the senses.

A way of regarding, understanding, or interpreting something; a mental impression"

"What you perceive your day to be will determine the day you receive"

A. What do want to experience today?

B. Who do you want to spend it with?

C. How do you want to spend your time?

Will you do something with your day, or will your day do something with you?

2) Preparation: The best preparation for tomorrow is investing in it today.

You can choose to wake up by default or by design.

A) What tools do you need to make your day a success?

Example:

- Water

- Coffee

- Phone (charged), headphones, wallet, keys, etc.

- Clothing

- Gym bag

B) Prioritize: For most of us it's not a lack potential but a lack of priority.

List your top 3 priorities for each day that you want to do.

C) Calendar: Make sure you put it in your calendar.

If you don't manage your time, your time will manage you.

Something or someone will take up that space

3) Participation: It's easier to steer a moving truck than a parked one.

A) Set the pace: The pace in which you start will determine the place in which you finish.

B) Know Thyself: Most people lean into their fear instead of leaning into their faith.

Write down 3 positive things about yourself:

I AM _______________.

I AM _______________.

I AM _______________.

C) Do Different: In order to become different, I must do different.

- What one thing will I do different today?

About Me.

I believe there is greatness inside of everyone. I believe you were designed on purpose for a purpose and that It's your difference that creates your reward.
