Have you ever felt a lack of motivation? Have you ever asked yourself these questions?: What am I training for? What's the goal? What's the reward? Who am I really doing this for?

Let's take those great intentions and give it clear direction. It's time to define and refine where it is you are heading and learn to enjoy the journey everyday, every moment. Let's work on our M.A.P together.
Mindset:
The greatest motivation starts with the right mindset.
Go with what you have and make its meaning fun. What's your driving force? Something that's bigger than just you. Have the courage to follow your dream, your heart and intuition. Alignment always comes before assignment. What are you aligning your thoughts and your mindset to? Before you rush into your assignment check your focus.
Action: Take 3 deep breaths, say 3 things you are thankful for, now list 3 targets that will align you to what matters most today.
Approach:
Life and opportunity is all about how you approach it. How you start is just as important as how you finish. The angle you approach will determine where you end up. Are you able to sacrifice who you currently are for who you want to become? It starts with your approach.

How you fill in those blanks will determine your approach. If life is a race then that's all you'll be doing. If people are a nuisance, then that's how you'll treat them. Change your approach and you'll change your attitude.
Action: Fill in the blanks Life is _______________, people are __________________. .
Pace:
The pace you set will determine the life you live. You may accomplish goals sooner, but find yourself burnt out, stressed out and underwhelmed. You'll keep reaching for that next high, like its never good enough. You may find yourself having a hard time being fully present, fully in the moment and instead missing moments that matter the most: family, friends, and inner freedom. Without commitment you'll never finish, without compassion you'll never be content. Choose your future. Learn to set the pace to your plans that provides you with a healthy sustainable lifestyle.
Action: Set the pace for your plan today. Write down the plan and then set the pace. Today, tomorrow, the week and then do it again 😃
